I’m a true believer of fate, destiny, devotion, attachment, passion, etc. Naahh. The Mexican chief Montezuma considered chocolate a “love drug” and drank 50 cups of chocolate a day before visiting his harem of 600 women. And after was he able to seek the woman of his dreams? I guess not, what he probably got was - diabetes.

I’ve been staring at my computer screen for quite some time now, not knowing what to write about EL-OW- VEE-EE. Should I just give love advice? That would seem ironic since I am not an expert on that department. Looking back at the movies shown in the past year, Filipinos had this sudden interest in deception. There’s No Other Woman,The Mistress, A Secret Affair, and a whole lot more. With these issues being on top of this year’s trends, I’ve decided to think of effective ways on how to maintain composure when faced with unlikely cheating people. I now proclaim myself as the tranquility guru.

NUMBER ONE: Don’t share your bad experience to everyone. It will only heighten your anger and bitterness, Choose a few friends to whom you would want to pour your heart out.

NUMBER TWO: Go to a trusted spa. Get a whole body (and soul) bleaching treatment to get rid of all the dirt in your system.

NUMBER THREE: Buy an iPod touch, then smile.

NUMBER FOUR: Listen to Papa Jack’s evening program, TLC (True Love Conversations). It’s on air every weekdays from 9 in the evening to 12 midnight.

NUMBER FIVE: The last but not the least, sing a happy song.

If you’ve had an unfortunate encounter with bad luck, travel the stages of grief, then move on. Remember that the best kind of love that you would ever feel is the love of your family. It is unlimited by time, it lessens the harm of any difficult situation, it is nourishing, and it keeps peace even if there is defeat.
